IT Service Manager - Remote

Overview

Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. We are looking for an IT Service Manager to coordinate between IT operations managers and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT services meet the needs of the business and are delivered efficiently.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership to local IT resources.
• Formulate and implement regional IT technical strategy.
• Monitor and audit IT systems development and maintenance.
• Enforce adherence to global IT procedures.
• Act as escalation point for IT service issues.
• Collaborate with business units to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage projects related to IT/OT, including software implementations.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
• After-hours and weekend work may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in IT technical support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Office 365 products.
• Experience supporting Operational Technology devices.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector.
• Experience managing support for multiple applications.
• Experience with ITIL principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
