We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and forward-thinking IT Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the service desk and lead our IT service management function, focusing on delivering a best-in-class IT experience for all users.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in IT Support Management.
  • Strong technical expertise in technical support roles.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like Jira.
  • Understanding of ITIL Service Management Framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in developing and reporting on SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborative approach across functional boundaries.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
