Overview

Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. We are currently searching for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

In Short

• Engaged in implementation of the Group and Regional IT Support strategy.
• Responsible for first level support remotely/on-site.
• Flexible time and off-hours support when required.
• Assign tickets to appropriate categories and escalate unresolved tickets.
• Implement security as per workflows and monitor asset management.
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc Information security reports.
• Good technical and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Good communicator in English.
• Provide appropriate audit security evidence as requested.

Requirements

• Certificate/Degree Level in IT.
• Preferred 1 year in IT Helpdesk/Support.
• Ability to work with offshore employees and other users.
• Good technical and analytical skills.
• Good communicator in English.
