Overview

Genesys is seeking a Partner Sales Director to lead and grow our strategic partnership with Verizon Business, focusing on driving revenue growth and exceptional customer outcomes through effective partnership strategies.

In Short

  • Lead and grow the strategic partnership with Verizon Business.
  • Own the end-to-end partner sales motion and strategy.
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue delivery.
  • Coordinate across various teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal inspections.
  • Act as a thought leader representing the partnership.
  • Support joint marketing initiatives and events.
  • Oversee deal-level communications and opportunity registrations.
  • Track and report on partner performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Genesys account teams to accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or partner sales leadership.
  • Proven success in building strategic partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and forecasting.
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) and AI-driven solutions preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
