In Short

  • Identify, engage, and recruit high-potential partners across EMEA.
  • Own the full partner acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to signed partnership agreement.
  • Conduct business planning and capability assessments.
  • Build a partner ecosystem that aligns to key growth regions.
  • Drive first wins and transition partners to a dedicated partner team.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and sales.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Provide insights to shape regional partner strategy.
  • Attend regional industry events to build visibility.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to align global programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner recruitment and management.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
