In Short

  • Manage and develop a defined set of TSD’s to achieve bookings targets.
  • Enable TSD’s and work with their trusted advisors to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize partner incentives, sales programs, co-marketing campaigns, and marketing funds to drive bookings.
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners outlining sales objectives and growth strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with TSD’s to track progress and provide assistance.
  • Lead and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess results and plan for future quarters.
  • Oversee onboarding, enablement, training, and initial support for new partners.
  • Ensure CRM and contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to align global programs and communication tools.
  • Work closely with Calabrio’s field sales teams to drive channel-generated revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Experience in marketing initiatives and co-marketing strategies.
