Overview

Genesys is seeking a dynamic leader to head our Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) while serving as Chief of Staff to the CIO, driving enterprise-wide strategic program execution.

In Short

• Lead the Enterprise PMO and act as Chief of Staff to the CIO.
• Oversee enterprise portfolio governance and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Implement a lean intake process for prioritizing work and resource allocation.
• Deliver portfolio analytics to inform investment decisions.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage the CIO’s operational cadence and executive communications.
• Drive special projects on behalf of the CIO.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable portfolios.
• Institutionalize agile practices and lean governance.
• Lead a high-performing PMO team.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in IT or enterprise PMO roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise PMO functions.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Experience in managing complex interdependencies.
• High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Change management certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio management tools preferred.
