Overview

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-impact projects, shaping the future trajectory of JOIN.

In Short

  • Contribute to shaping JOIN’s strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in management consulting or strategic roles.
  • Strong track record in leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
