Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, AI-native Design specialist to lead and inspire the design vision across our enterprise-grade web applications, solution storytelling, and digital experiences.

• Oversee a small, geographically dispersed design team.
• Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Work with solution architects, product managers, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product or solution design; 3+ years leading design for enterprise platforms.
• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven experience integrating GenAI into design processes.
• Mastery of Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, and motion/animation tools.
• Ability to function autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Experience visualizing technical architectures and user flows.
• Strong workshop facilitation and visual communication skills.
• Experience in building AI-infused UX or co-pilots is a bonus.
