Uniphar Medtech is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join our new team focusing on the spine and neuro specialities, bringing innovative and progressive solutions to improve patient outcomes.

In Short

  • Drive growth of a portfolio of specialised spinal implants and neurosurgery products.
  • Develop existing key accounts and grow customer base in defined territories.
  • Manage a growing portfolio of specialised products with key customers.
  • Work closely with surgeons and staff in operating theatres.
  • Achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities with key Spine and Neuro centres.
  • Conduct market and competitor information analysis.
  • Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
  • Attend relevant conferences and meetings.
  • Implement new product launches and corporate activities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a medical discipline or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in medical sales.
  • Comfortable working in operating theatres.
  • Target-driven with sales closing ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Commercially aware with influencing skills.
  • Practical experience in complex medical device technologies.
  • Proficient in MS and industry-specific applications.
  • Full, clean driver’s License required.
