Overview

Tekno Surgical is recruiting an Orthopaedic Sales Specialist – Recon & Mako to join our growing Team in the Republic of Ireland. The role focuses on the Stryker Portfolio of Hips, Knees, and Robotic Implants.

In Short

  • Responsible for the complete Orthopaedic Joint replacement Hips, Knees & Mako Robotics Portfolio.
  • Work mainly in the Operating Theatre environment.
  • Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
  • Develop lasting business partnerships with key customers.
  • Achieve sales plans quarterly and annually.
  • Business planning and implementation across the area of responsibility.
  • Provide feedback on customers and promotional programs.
  • Attend relevant conferences and meetings in Ireland and elsewhere.

Requirements

  • A Technical Qualification with an aptitude for learning new Surgical Technologies.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in medical sales or technology service in a hospital environment.
  • Comfortable working in the Hospital Operating Room environment.
  • Role requires both Technical and Sales Skills focused on Customer Service & Patient Safety.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong influencing abilities.
  • Good administrative and computing skills.
  • Commercially aware and able to manage complex business.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
