Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales & market share objectives through the sales & clinical support of medical devices. Supporting the Interventional Cardiology and Radiology portfolio of products, this role requires a high level of motivation and a passion for excellence in service.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
  • Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
  • Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.
  • Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.
  • Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information.
  • Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
  • Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.
  • Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings as agreed by BUL.
  • The successful candidate must reside within territory or Ireland.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in related field sales (cardiology/radiology/theatre).
  • Nursing/technician experience an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused with strong influencing skills.
  • Good administrative and IT/computing skills
  • Commercially aware, with an ability to manage multiple complex business scenarios
  • Well organised, self-motivated team player.
