In Short

  • Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform
  • Be a core member of the UiPath account team for each of your customers
  • Proactively engage and influence your customers
  • Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning
  • Enable your customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices
  • Conduct design and code reviews for select automations
  • Perform technical health checks of your customers' automation programs
  • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support to manage escalated support incidents
  • Provide technical advisory to customers through webinars and demos
  • Develop and mature our teams’ processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
  • A minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Kubernetes awareness is a plus
  • Relevant work experience in customer-facing, technical account management
  • Work experience to communicate with customers on technical topics
  • Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc. is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated
