Requirements

  • Background in Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance.
  • Understanding of technical landscapes and complex solution architecture.
  • Experience in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.
  • Curiosity to learn and master your craft.
  • Coachable and adaptable to change.
  • Experience with Global 2000 enterprises.
  • Background in consulting or sales engineering.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
