The Director of Revenue Enablement at UiPath is responsible for enabling customers, practitioners, partners, and GTM professionals to drive success through effective training and strategies.

  • Execute large-scale enablement events, both virtually and in-person.

  • Manage shared services related to enablement and sales engineering.
  • Develop partner enablement strategies for GTM and delivery.
  • Innovate education delivery through online platforms and instructor-led trainings.
  • Expand the Certifications program.
  • Build the foundation for future Automation professionals through partnerships.
  • Deliver executive briefings at briefing centers worldwide.
  • Generate revenue through education initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enablement experience in the GTM space.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Thought leader in enablement strategies and ed-tech.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse globally distributed team.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
  • Strategic thinker with execution orientation.
  • Experience working with senior executives and partners.
