The Senior Director/Director, Regional Medical Lead is responsible for leading medical account strategies, optimizing engagements, and improving patient outcomes through innovative scientific solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical research/medical affairs.
• Strong scientific knowledge in Oncology, Immunology, or related fields.
• Experience with C-Suite engagement and account management.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines.
• Advanced degree required; doctoral or medical degree preferred.
