Requirements

• 8 years of experience with Aeroderivative power generation products or services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience managing individual contributors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strategic executive-level communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills.
