Overview

The S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Supply Planner will require an experienced professional able to facilitate and drive results in a fast-paced supply environment, leveraging strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

In Short

• Lead the rollout and implementation of the Nuclear business level Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Develop standardized processes within Supply/capacity planning.
• Lead the S&OP Materials Supply Reviews on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to build supply forecasts and capacity models.
• Maintain long-range capacity models supporting business plans.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to align on supply forecast drivers.
• Recommend and implement improvements in materials management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Provide detailed ad-hoc analysis to assist in driving the business unit supply.
• Support leadership in supply planning function execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
• Significant industry experience.
• Prior experience in Sales and Operations Planning processes.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data for forecasting.
