LATAM Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support financial, operational, and compliance functions across the LATAM region. This role will work closely with the Regional Director and Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Support financial and operational data analysis for reviews and reconciliations.
• Lead regional compliance efforts by applying control plans.
• Serve as the data systems expert for SAP and BI Tools.
• Assist project managers with contribution margin analysis.
• Monitor revenue and billing milestones.
• Manage SAP project and order setup.
• Support logistics for export and import operations.
• Define and document key processes for Central Corporate Ledger entities.
• Procure PPE for the Mexico team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with the CSS product line.
• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Proficient English speaker.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Established skills in project management.
• Ability to document and execute operational programs.
