Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As the Business Analyst at Ares, you will be responsible for assigning workloads, monitoring progress, and delivering monthly status reports. You will perform risk management, oversee agile processes, and make management and operational decisions to maintain the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Required to pass a background check and obtain and hold a DoD clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management and agile development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience in user story refinement and backlog management.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
