ServiceNow Human Performance Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to develop and revise training courses, as well as preparing comprehensive training catalogs. This role involves creating instructional materials and delivering training to personnel through various formats.

In Short

• Conduct research to develop and update training courses.
• Prepare training catalogs that reflect current offerings and updates.
• Create instructor materials, including course outlines, background materials, and training aids.
• Develop student materials such as course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms.
• Deliver training through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based on enterprise application solution sets.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission
• Relevant Information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
