Junior Strategic Communications Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Strategic Communications Specialist to provide organizational change management support within our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting organizational change strategies related to our Enterprise Platform, developing effective communication plans, and facilitating the adaptation of DLA teams to new processes and applications.

In Short

• Document and analyze organizational change strategies associated with Enterprise Platform ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and implement communication plans to support DLA teams in adapting to new ways of working.
• Collaborate with the government Platform Owner to introduce new ideas, processes, and solutions.
• Work closely with other DLA change managers to promote value management and identify success outcomes.
• Establish and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics for applicable use cases.
• Provide best practice information to use-case scrum teams, both government and contractor, related to configuration of new ServiceNow plug-ins and features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in developing communications
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training development and delivery
