  • Perform direct sales and upsell payment solutions, maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales framework that drives both growth and efficiency
  • Oversee merchant onboarding, migrations, and PCI-compliant payment setups
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and service adoption
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns promoting payment solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payment solutions, including advanced features
  • Partner with Customer Success to address technical inquiries and integrations
  • Lead weekly sessions to refine sales and payment-related processes
  • Monitor market trends to refine strategies and inform product innovation
  • Scale operations by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of payment solutions or merchant services sales experience required
  • Strong technology or SaaS sales experience required
  • Fluent in English with excellent conversational communication skills
