GTM Systems Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Support and maintain day-to-day GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and automations using SQL and scripting languages.
• Manage and optimize core GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Collaborate across global teams to gather technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for GTM performance insights.
• Document systems, automations, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in existing workflows.
• Support ongoing systems maintenance and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations.
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; scripting experience with Python or JavaScript preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for process improvement.
• Experience maintaining or improving recurring business processes.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage tight deadlines.
