Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Be responsible for the technical journey of customers from initial meeting to production rollout.
• Partner with account executives and Customer Success to qualify solutions for strong ROI.
• Develop custom demonstrations and content for customers.
• Lead technical sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Scope and manage proof-of-concepts with customers.
• Present confidently to technical leadership.
• Develop reusable tools and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Practical experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
• Experience with upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in product demonstrations.
• Comfortable scripting in at least one language (Python, bash, PowerShell).
• Familiar with network technologies and protocols.
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Familiarity with ZTNA/ZTA market is preferred.
