Accounting Operations Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Join Twingate's Finance team as an Accounting Operations Analyst.
• Support day-to-day accounting processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Own the collections process and accounts payable function.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly accounting close process.
• Manage the accounts receivable process and customer billing communications.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for accounts payable.
• Scale the accounting function and develop accounting policies.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Be a detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or high-growth software companies.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Strong communication skills and experience with US-based stakeholders.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with financial applications like Salesforce, Bill.com, Chargebee.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with automation tools is a plus.
• Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
