In Short

• Analyze financial data and support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Update ACH information and assist with intercompany billings.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and budget-to-actual explanations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation in electronic filing systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain and update accounting and financial information.
• Track and communicate the status of workflow tasks.
• Prepare journal entries within the accounting system.

Requirements

• Deep experience in finance and accounting.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Flexibility to support different responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
