Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Twilio, you will be the designated technical support contact for strategic customers, resolving complex technical issues and delivering proactive guidance.

  • Knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Experience troubleshooting server-side and client-side code.
  • Understanding of network connectivity and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical issues.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Interest in utilizing customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Experience in managing customer accounts.
