Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Twilio, you will be the designated technical support engineering contact for strategic customers, providing guidance and resolving complex technical issues.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for strategic customers.
  • Work during Eastern hours (9am to 6pm ET).

Requirements

  • 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Experience with server-side and client-side technologies.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • High competency in communicating complex issues.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Inquisitive mind with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in managing dedicated customer accounts.
  • Understanding of Telecoms and VOIP is a plus.
