Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and pre-sales engineering.
• Experience with voice protocols, SIP, and messaging APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Fluent in French.
• Experience with REST APIs and web development.
• Creativity and ability to drive success through collaboration.
