Total Rewards Partner - Remote

Overview

Join Turing as our strategic and globally-minded Total Rewards Partner to join our People team. This role is key in supporting the design, delivery, and administration of our global total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, recognition, and mobility/immigration policies—across our employee populations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and India. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

In Short

• Develop and maintain job architecture framework and job classifications.
• Maintain pay grades and equity ranges for job classifications.
• Partner with HRBP team to align compensation principles with business needs.
• Manage performance management processes and recognition programs.
• Lead benefits team and global mobility initiatives.
• Implement recognition programs to enhance engagement.
• Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on compensation goals.
• Support leadership teams on compensation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits.
• Direct experience managing compensation models in the US, Brazil, and India.
• Knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with compensation tools like Pave, Carta, and Radford.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• CCP, GRP, CEBS, or GPHR certification a plus.
