As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist at Trupanion, you will provide thoughtful, responsive support to pet owners, assisting them via phone, chat, and email during critical hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working overnight shifts.
  • 2+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
  • Reliable wired internet connection for remote work.
  • Experience navigating multiple digital platforms.
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus.
