As a Customer Support Specialist at Trupanion, you will provide thoughtful, responsive support to pet owners, assisting them through phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints with empathy and care.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Aptitude for resolving technical issues in real-time.
  • Experience working remotely with a distraction-free setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work full weekends without rotation.
  • Reliable wired internet connection.
