Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the execution of our Veterinary/Breeder/Shelter product. You will own the execution of the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

• Lead the execution of the Veterinary/Breeder/Shelter product.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize bug fixes, compliance features, and new requests.
• Oversee release planning, execution, and validation.
• Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for scalable solutions.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine features.
• Foster teamwork to achieve Sprint goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Strong technical background with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes.
