  • Efficiently manage a high-call volume environment, averaging 30 to 50 calls per day.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Work with the internal Risk team on risk-related issues.
  • Evaluate customer inquiries regarding invoice requests.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in processes and communication.
  • Stay updated on new product features and improvements.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
  • Gather customer feedback for leadership.
