Overview

The Associate Account Executive SMB will promote and sell Truckstop.com products and services to prospective customers or current clients within the SMB Broker segment.

In Short

  • Inside sales position focused on SMB Broker segment.
  • Responsible for owning a quota and contributing to team goals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Evaluate opportunities and provide product recommendations.
  • Lead virtual product demonstrations.
  • Stay informed about the freight and logistics industry.
  • Work closely with team members to support sales initiatives.
  • Regularly meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with an eagerness to develop sales skills.
  • Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry beneficial.
