Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Triple Whale, you will focus on and support our ecommerce stores and/or our agency clients, maintaining relationships and guiding them to success.

In Short

  • Own relationships with Enterprise clients and lead program strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support.
  • Revenue and renewal forecasting.
  • Implement tailored success plans based on customer goals.
  • Drive executive level relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Work independently to deliver a consultant perspective.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and marketing trends.
  • Lead and present at client meetings.
  • Analyze customer usage for accurate forecasts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to work PST hours.
  • Previous experience in the ecommerce space, preferably SaaS.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner and flexible with responsibilities.
  • Excellent computer skills and tech-savvy.
  • Service-oriented and passionate about client service.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
