Overview

As an Account Executive, Expansion at Triple Whale, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling, using a data-driven approach.

In Short

  • Monitor accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Understand and contextualize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer setups, goals, and needs.
  • Develop automation playbooks triggered by account activity.
  • Negotiate offers with key decision makers based on customer insights.
  • Track and analyze account activity and create detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to mitigate churn risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong sales skills with analytical capabilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
