• You are responsible for generating new leads and closing contracts with new partner salons in your region.
• You take the first contact through phone acquisition and proactively search for new salons through various channels (e.g., social media).
• Your target audience ranges from small beauty salons to medium-sized companies.
• You explain our products digitally and in salons to potential partners.
• You document your activities in our CRM tool 'Salesforce'.

Requirements

• You have experience in sales and are familiar with achieving set targets.
• You engage decision-makers with your empathetic and solution-oriented communication while keeping customer needs in focus.
• You possess a competitive mindset and enjoy working in a team to celebrate successes together.
• You are your own energy boost, do not get demotivated by a 'no', and maintain a positive attitude.
• You have fluent German language skills (spoken and written) – any additional language is a bonus, as our potential customers are diverse, and we love that.
