Treatwell enables our beauty partners to manage their appointment scheduling digitally while also acquiring new customers through our Treatwell marketplace. We are essentially the Booking.com of the beauty industry.

At Treatwell, you can not only help shape the future of the beauty industry but also contribute directly to helping salons increase their revenue and gain new clients. We are passionate about assisting salons in navigating the digital landscape and achieving sustainable success with our products, Treatwell Connect, and our marketplace.

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully acquiring new customers by proactively identifying and contacting potential partner salons (B2B). You will manage the entire process from initial contact to contract signing, securing new partnerships for Treatwell.

In Short

  • You will start by searching for new beauty salons in your city through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.) to attract potential new customers for Treatwell.
  • You will reach out via phone and take the first contact with your potential new clients.
  • You will skillfully explain our SaaS product and the Treatwell marketplace with all its features directly on-site at the salon/studio.
  • After successfully convincing your new contact to partner with us, you will finalize the contract with our new partner.
  • You will document your activities in our CRM tool 'Salesforce' to ensure smooth collaboration across all departments.

Requirements

  • You enjoy personal customer contact and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a diverse team.
  • You are full of courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, curiosity, and a bit of charm.
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service, sales, or retail - sales-oriented career changers are also welcome!
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You speak/write fluent German - any additional language is a plus since our potential partners are diverse, and we love that.
