Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership and willingness to take initiative.
• Curiosity and ability to take feedback.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong orientation to service and candidate experience.
