Overview

The role of the Account Executive is to maintain a customer pipeline of new acquisition sales in line with budget and forecasts. To ensure success, working closely with a sales development channel to grow the Transvirtual customer base across new market segments will be a key deliverable.

  • 4+ years’ experience in a business development role.
  • Market experience in the logistics industry.
  • Adept at sourcing and following up opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing a contact pipeline – CRM updates (we use HubSpot).
  • Proven sales presentation skills (remotely) as much as face to face.
  • Can work independently and be confident in selling in new market segments.
  • Ability to think and act fast as directions change to meet sales quota.

Requirements

  • Marketing university degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding/experience of the logistics sector / SaaS businesses.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – find and close deals.
  • Ability to connect with a range of customers and find key buying habits of prospects.
  • Great team player who understands the importance of working together to meet a common goal.
