Overview

The Director of Consultant Relations will act as a liaison between the consultant community and Transcarent, partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to enhance relationships and improve health and care outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Consultant Relations, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances.
• Deep understanding of market priorities and trends.
• Existing relationships with key broker teams across the U.S.
• Consistent overachievement in quota and revenue goals.
• Proven experience in translating product capabilities into partner value.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Reliable and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex healthcare solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
