In Short

  • You own your pipeline end-to-end, from discovery and building a compelling impact case to winning the organization and negotiating the deal to closure for customers with high strategic relevance.
  • You understand how TradeLink aligns with our target accounts' strategic objectives, individual processes, and challenges while showing a consultative approach.
  • You act as a respected advisor to our future customers, building sincere relationships with prospects and customers while helping them achieve their goals.
  • You collaborate with the BDR team to evaluate and create the most promising opportunities, sharing industry learnings with the organization.
  • You work closely with the GTM team and the CEO in iterating our sales approach based on market learnings.
  • You represent Tradelink in selective events like exhibitions, customer events, and webinars.
  • You build direct relationships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share your learnings and get support for your deals.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have experienced growth in previous roles and successfully closed key prospects.
  • You are highly motivated by landing and expanding deals in the SaaS industry, leveraging a value-based sales approach.
  • You have a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management, allowing you to speak the language of our customers.
  • You have a natural curiosity for our prospects' business and processes, able to think fast to build convincing cases.
  • You have experience in managing organisational decision-making processes and handling multiple stakeholders.
  • You bring a high hunger for success that translates into persistence, resilience, and proactivity.
  • You highly value working in a fast-paced environment, eager to constantly learn and improve.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
