Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at TradeLink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our prospects and customers have a customized and impactful experience with our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, integrations, automation, and customer success, bridging the gap between Go-To-Market (GTM) and R&D teams to create scalable solutions that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Support Sales & Customer Success by acting as the go-to product expert in deal processes.
  • Pitch customized TradeLink demos tailored to complex customer logistics processes.
  • Develop and present API & integration use cases to prospects and customers.
  • Lead API integration projects, enabling smooth adoption.
  • Advise on platform testing, automation, and third-party connectivity.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to create scalable methods for product testing and integrations.
  • Provide insights to the product team, acting as a key stakeholder.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solution-oriented roles involving technical consulting, pre-sales, or integration projects.
  • Background in guiding customers through complex software solutions.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track record of leading customer-facing projects.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools is a plus.
  • Great communication skills in German and English.
