Overview

The Services Solution Manager owns the end-to-end sales operations lifecycle for services engagements, coordinating all stakeholders to ensure each deal is deliverable, contractually compliant, and achieves targeted gross profit.

In Short

  • Own the end-to-end sales operations lifecycle for services deals.
  • Review and approve LOEs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and time requests.
  • Advise on engagement models and ensure accurate representation of service items.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and verify opportunity data.
  • Translate pipeline demand into resource requests.
  • Validate financial models and surface material risks.
  • Onboard new Sales resources on services standards.
  • Serve as a conduit for non-technical presales issues.
  • Promote services goals and support user adoption of new standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5 – 7+ years in relevant roles.
  • Demonstrated acumen across scope, pricing, and contractual terms.
  • Proven cross-functional influence partnering with various teams.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite, Smartsheet, and PSA/CPQ tools preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple approvals under time pressure.
