Overview

The Services Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project implementations, and ensuring project quality while leading a team and coordinating resources.

• Support sales efforts and manage client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of system implementation processes.
• Linux knowledge and telephony hardware experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project.
• Strong understanding of relational database structures.
• Previous supervisory experience is a must.
