The IT Services Manager oversees the delivery and management of all internal IT services to ensure seamless operations and high levels of user satisfaction within a transformative global fintech environment.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Experience with IT service management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
