• Develop and implement portfolio and category strategies to achieve targets.
• Own the category P&L, setting and achieving growth targets.
• Lead global portfolio strategy and management.
• Define pricing and promotion guidelines.
• Collaborate with product development teams.
• Develop and orchestrate activation calendars across channels.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Manage budgets and investment priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG brand management.
• Passion for More Nutrition and its mission.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with decision-making skills.
• Track record in brand strategy and product development.
• Proficient in market research and data analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work from Hamburg HQ 2-3 days/week.
• Fluent in English and German.
