Head of Performance Marketing - Remote

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead global CPA campaigns and build a high-performing team.

In Short

• Develop and execute an end-to-end performance marketing strategy based on CPA subscription models.
• Launch and scale campaigns across the US, EU, APAC, and other regions.
• Implement A/B tests on subscription offers and dynamically reallocate budgets.
• Hire and structure a performance marketing department.
• Integrate data into BI stack and conduct deep cohort analysis.
• Work closely with PM Growth, product, and tech teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing large annual budgets and optimizing CPA.
• Strong expertise in web-to-app funnels and IAP bypass strategies.
• Experience building and managing performance marketing teams.
• Advanced BI skills and proficiency with analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.
